8. Otis

Much to the shock of, well, everyone, Otis is Mr. Money in the Bank. There have been rumblings for a while now that WWE is keen to give The Heavy Machinery member a singles push, and given the way his storyline with Mandy Rose and Dolph Ziggler took off leading into WrestleMania, it seems that the company has decided to pull the trigger on that sooner than expected.

There's nothing to say he has to cash in right now, of course, and it would be somewhat bizarre for him to do so either on Braun Strowman or possible future champion Bray Wyatt/The Fiend. As a result, it seems likely WWE will spend most of 2020 building Otis up for an eventual Universal title win.

It's unclear whether this leaves Tucker Knight or Otis' budding romance with Mandy Rose, but fans are behind this unexpected breakout star, and assuming the right pieces fall into place, he could be a huge name by the end of the year. With any luck, WWE won't end up dropping the ball with him.
