Sasha Banks be warned, 'Toni Time' could very much be upon us before 2021 reaches its end.

After being disappointingly sidelined for much of 2020 due to the global health crisis, Toni Storm finally returned to NXT television in October at TakeOver 31. The former NXT UK Women's Champion and 2018 Mae Young Classic winner has since challenged for Io Shirai's NXT Women's title on two occasions, failing twice to usurp 'The Genius of the Sky'.

Far from signalling the beginning of the end for the gifted New Zealander though, this may merely kick-start a comeback which could see her ultimately climb to the top of NXT's women's ranks, or even jump ship to Raw or SmackDown at some point this year in search of a new challenge.

At just 25 years of age, Storm has still yet to fulfil her seemingly limitless potential, but she undoubtedly possesses all the tools needed to become one of the biggest stars the company has to offer and the name on everybody's lips in the not too distant future
