Things started off so well for the one-time IWGP Tag Team Champions upon storming through WWE's doors in 2016. Battering The Usos on night one in an invasion-like introduction, it looked like Vince McMahon had a genuinely hot new unit on his hands. Then he did a Vince.

Following on from joining forces with their Phenomenal leader for a spell, the once formidable unit were given the thankless task of getting over "ringpostitis" during various cringey doctor skits before getting their asses (and testies) handed to them by The New Day over the course of a painfully one-sided feud.

Seemingly overnight, the badass Good Brothers had been well and truly diluted into nothing more than slapstick heel jobbers to be walked over by whoever the company wanted to nudge into a prominent position next. The odd tag title run would follow, but the pair struggled to regain any credibility in the years that followed, even going as far as to be handily squashed in a 2-on-1 handicap against Drew McIntyre in the lead-up to their eventual departure in 2020.
