Thunder Rosa will face Jamie Hayter as their respective road to the final continues, while Nyla Rose meets Hikaru Shida, who overcame some brutal legwork against Serena Deeb at the opening stage. That story will likely factor into the singles match, with Shida still selling the damage, and possibly this one as well.

Exploring this avenue would give Rose and Hayter a clear pathway to victory. Shida now has 50 wins under her belt, but may be coming into the match with a limb for the heels to target. Rosa has no such issues and took care of business in a six-woman tag opposite Hayter on Dynamite, so Jamie will have good reason to go after here.

The outcome of this match isn't particularly consequential, though Rosa remains amongst the favourites to win the whole thing. A momentum-building victory would give her the chance to put a nice streak together, though the heels inflicting further damage on the babyfaces, giving them more of a reason to work from beneath in the tournament, is a better story.
