11 HUGE WWE Extreme Rules 2018 Predictions You Need To Know

3. Braun Strowman Vs Kevin Owens (Steel Cage Match)

After weeks of watching Braun Strowman reduce Kevin Owens to a snivelling abuse victim, it should be time to see the former 'Prizefighter' get his retribution, but expect absolutely nothing of the sort when the two collide in a steel cage most likely equipped with one gimmicked wall.

It'll have been Vince McMahon's plan all along to book a match to pay off a month's worth of segments presumably designed to make him and him alone p*ss himself. It's a good job a toilet was close by for the nadir of the angle; Owens was left literally and figuratively blue by 'The Monster Among Men's relentless abuse.

Kevin Owens is a man that shows up to work and does his best to avoid doing it because WWE has tripped and stumbled over its own inane internal logic yet again. Braun the babyface persists in tracking him down every week and effectively tipping him upside down for his dinner money - that was probably a segment noted fat-shamer McMahon would have loved and considered beneficial to Owens' upward trajectory.

The beatings will continue without him getting beaten this time. Braun will throw Owens so hard into the cage wall that it will collapse, leaving Owens part-beached whale, part-winner, all-loser.
