11 Most Disappointing Things About WrestleMania 33

3. The Raw Women's Match Fell Short

Probably the most frustrating thing about this match was that we all know how much these four are capable of. The three members of the Four Horsewomen present in this match have had some amazing performances in the past, and Nia Jax has shown herself to be quite comfortable in the monster role alongside someone capable of playing into her style.

Perhaps the problem was the time constraints, as each elimination felt abrupt and anti-climactic. Nia was beaten early so as to let the more experienced workers do their thing, then when Sasha was pinned, I wondered if she was legitimately injured from her turnbuckle collision.

One thing I’ll credit this match for is that none of the eliminations were the result of someone’s finisher, something extremely unique in WWE’s modern environment. I would like to have seen more focus put on Bayley’s appreciation of “The Macho Man” Randy Savage – a cowboy hat to go with her colorful ensemble, perhaps - so that when she won the match with his flying elbow drop it would have had a much greater impact.

Plus, Bayley already had her crowning moment weeks earlier when she initially won the title - and that diluted the emotion behind her victory.
