11 Most Overused Moves In WWE

4. Multi-Person Slammerplexbombs

In the Cruiserweight Championship match at Worlds Collide there was a fantastic spot involving all four wrestlers that can only be described as a powerbomb, powerslam, flying head stomp combination. When done right, multi-person spots like these can feel truly organic in the way they come together.

However, with WWE seemingly decreeing that these should show up in all multi-faction matches, they're rarely a natural progression of the battle we've seen up to that point anymore, and most stand out for all the wrong reasons. Wrestlers rush into position from whatever they were doing before, often when attacking the others from behind would make much more sense. Those who were too injured to do a thing are miraculously able to charge across the ring and help their comrades out, until everyone involved is rolling around the mat again as if the spot hurt them all equally.

Honestly, if someone pulled one of Jimmy Hart's megaphones from their trunks, and announced beforehand that they're about to do a well-rehearsed spot, then it would probably break immersion in the match a little bit less than the way these tend to be set up.

After hearing that you are what you eat, Mik took a good hard look at his diet and realised he might just be a szechuan spare rib alongside prawn fried rice.
