10 Shocks WWE Could Pull At SummerSlam

5. Lana Turns On Dolph Ziggler

Ever since breaking with Rusev, Lana has suffered a serious depreciation in character. The babyface turn hasn't worked, and her pairing with Dolph Ziggler is so unnatural. A lot of the problems in the narrative were down to Ziggler's time off, which left the story without sufficient fuel. In remedying this, WWE might consider abandoning the story and starting again from scratch. Why toil on with something that isn't working? Lana turning on Ziggler would send the story off in a less predictable direction, giving her an opportunity to become the major female star that WWE imagined her as. They reportedly want to make the next Sable, but they're sure as hell not going to do it by making her a ringside cheerleader.
