11 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Double Or Nothing 2022

Ups...

11. What A Rush

A short, snappy backstage segment saw Andrade El Idolo claim he was tired of his losing form in AEW, jettison the Andrade Family Office, and bring in a new ally in the form of his old Los Ingobernables ally and close friend, Rush.

The former ROH World Champion came into an office after Andrade and Jose the Assistant produced his contract. With his immense physical charisma and star presence, the former CMLL star came off well on pay-per-view, though this pithy segment brought little to analyse.

Said charisma should, at least, give Rush a good chance of making it as a star in mainstream American wrestling. His Ingobernables past makes him a natural partner for Andrade, too. Here's hoping the partnership bears fruit for both.
