11 Ups & 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (Dec 4)

Downs...

4. Are We Dunne Here?

Rib injuries kept Damien Priest from a not-that-hotly anticipated match with Killian Dain, but NXT surely a) knew this in plenty of time to promote something else and b) could have thought of somebody else to feed to the 'Northern Ireland Nightmare'.

Pete Dunne and Dain had an above average match (and steel yourself for lots of that this week), but was the need to yet again get the former Sanity man established so strong that the 'Bruiserweight' was worth sacrificing?

Dunne lost to Adam Cole, and despite winning a triple threat the night before has now effectively lost this dovetailing feud. Dain did the "belt" gesture after this - he's somehow found himself closer to one than the former record-setting UK Champion by virtue of this win.
