11 Ups & 4 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Nov 13)

3. Greatness Aligned With Goons

... speaking of afterthoughts, how about the Survivor Series tag team elimination bout?

This 20-man monster will be hung out to dry on the pay-per-view's Kickoff Show, and The Usos confirmed their lineup last night. Them and The New Day bring credibility and workrate, but The Colons? Gallows and Anderson? Bloody Sanity? Not so much.

Watching Jimmy and Jey walk through this procession of diminished, downtrodden duos was pretty depressing last night. WWE have conditioned their audience to not give a single hoot about any of The Usos' new teammates. The reasons vary from team to team, but while each of these tandems could be great, each is lucky to make it to television on any given week, and seeing them all together really compounded the negligence with which WWE often handle their tag divisions.

Not that there were better options to partner The Usos and New Day, but it'd be nice to see WWE spice this group up post-PPV.
