A lack of 'Fiend' action was one of the most disappointing aspects of this week's awesome episode of Raw. Fortunately, WWE made amends last night - and not just through the Firefly Fun House.

Dolph Ziggler wrestled Finn Balor in a match not unlike 'The Show-Off's' Raw battle with Seth Rollins. It was a solid, functional midcard TV bout that existed to further a different story to the one being told from bell-to-bell. This one meant the lights cutting out in stages after Dolph had been knocked outside the ring, with Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' showing up to distract Balor on the stage. When the lighting returned, Ziggler took Finn by surprise with a Sweet chin Music, scored the victory, and made his smug exit.

Wyatt must continue dominating these interactions as we had towards SummerSlam. It's important that 'The Fiend' isn't undermined and comes off as the most terrifying thing in the company, making this one situation where the distraction finish actually served the story and the performers.
