10. Chris Benoit Is The Ultimate Rumble Ironman

Going from John Cena as an economical ironman for the Royal Rumble match to Chris Benoit who is the ultimate ironman for a wrestler who has had a few appearances in the match for their career. Overall Benoit has been in four Royal Rumble matches, with winning the 2004 match. One can never forget the image of Benoit trying and succeeding on getting the monstrous Big Show over that top rope thanks to a unique headlock and a lot of power and leverage. His win clocked in at 1 hour, 1 minute, and 30 seconds; which ranks second all-time behind only Rey Mysterio. He followed up that win with another great performance in 2005 entering the match second and lasting 47 minutes and 26 seconds before being tossed out by Ric Flair with five remaining. He was also in the 2006 and 2007 Royal Rumble matches clocking in at over 30 and 17 minutes respectively. That gives him an average of just over 39 minutes; which beats the next best wrestler with multiple Rumble appearances by 10 minutes in the Rock.
