10. No Way Jose Has Crowd Favourite Written All Over Him

Saturday's early opening match saw No Way Jose defeat Alexander Wolfe, despite some strong booking for the German, who was roundly jeered ("you're sh*t and you know you are" being a crowd favourite). It was immediately obvious that NWJ was massively over: there's something infectious about his enthusiasm and his party spirit that this type of crowd is always going to lap up. And booking him in an underdog/comeback victory just played into that reaction.

Hopefully he's not destined to be the next Adam Rose: hopelessly booked but an entertaining favourite with the fans. It's hard not to think back to that gigantic pop he received at Raw London, after all...

Incidentally, the winner of the Great T-Shirt Stake was undoubtedly Shinsuke Nakamura - his red "Strong Style" design was all over the place (and not only in the NXT tent). In second place, the New Day "Booty Os" shirt was also all over the festival.
