You may think it's crazy to put Sasha Banks on this list just weeks after she delivered a Match of the Year candidate bout alongside Bayley, but that was on NXT programming, not Raw or SmackDown. On those shows, the popular former NXT Women's Champion has become little more than an afterthought, barely ever showing up and doing little of note when she does get any sort of TV time. When you think of the kind of matches Sasha could be having right now against Charlotte and Becky Lynch, it's more than a little depressing that they've almost exclusively fought Team Bella, a group of Divas we've seen more than enough of for the past couple of years. That's not taking anything away from their talent, of course, but what the Divas Division needs is an injection of new life, not the same women who have become - fairly or not - generally associated with mediocre women's wrestling. There's frequently been talk of some of the older behind-the-scenes creatives not liking how NXT has become better regarded than WWE, so it could be that Sasha Banks is being punished on the main roster for being such a beloved part of the Orlando-based promotion. Whatever the answer, with Paige now seemingly setting her sights on the Divas title and Sasha continuing to show up pretty much only in awesome Instagram videos with The New Day, it's clear that there's nothing planned for her in the foreseeable future, a baffling decision considering the fact that she looked to be the one who would reignite the stagnant Divas Division upon her main roster debut.
