12 Superstars WWE Royal Rumble 2016 Proved Are Struggling
9. Big Show - Eliminated By Braun Strowman
This time last year, wrestling fans across the world were fuming as the Big Show was one of the last men in the Royal Rumble match, won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and was in featured in high profile pay per-view matches with Roman Reigns. However, last night, Braun Strowman destroyed Big Show and the giant was eliminated to little fanfare. With Show turning 44 year old in a few weeks, it looks like WWE is finally using the World's Largest Athlete to put over new stars and not be the go-to monster whenever WWE needs it. The Royal Rumble is like The Big Show's WrestleMania, he always has a strong showing and comes out of it as a high profile star heading into WrestleMania season. This year, it's the opposite. After his elimination last night, it's hard to see him doing anything else at Mania except get eliminated by an up and comer in this year's Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
