12 Things We Learned From Bayley On The Sam Roberts Show

1. Goals Going Forward

Sam lists some of Bayley's accomplishments such as the Iron Man match, pulling off a reverse hurricanrana in front of 13,000 people in Brooklyn and winning the NXT women's championship, then asks aside from making it to the main roster if she has any specific goals going forward or if she's just riding the wave. Bayley says she keeps wondering when things are going to reach their peak but that they keep going up and up and she doesn't think there's any limits to where they're going. She talks about the debuts of Nia Jax and Asuka and says she can't wait to be able to work with them. She comments that she wouldn't mind having another Iron Man match and she's really excited to see where the divas division goes in NXT, and eventually main event WrestleMania one day. Sam says it sounds like she'd rather stay in NXT than go up to the main roster and she says that she loves NXT so much and knows that she'd miss it terribly, but when she looks back on being a ten year old kid with dreams of being in WWE, the main roster is the goal. "It's always going to be bittersweet but that's where I want to be." The interview concludes here and it was a fun talk between one of the most enthusiastic performers in and out of the ring in the entire company. Bayley seems like a great person and her character very much the embodiment of her natural positive spirit. It's easy to see why the fans have taken to her the way they have.
