12 WWE PPV Buys In 2015 Ranked (And What They Mean)

11. Fastlane - 46,000 Buys

A new special, with an underwhelming name, Fastlane was a dud on PPV with just 46,000 buys. The fact it was sandwiched between Royal Rumble and WrestleMania didn't help. That's the reason WWE used to present Elimination Chamber in February, as the gimmick is a draw, but this year they opted for a change. It was a poorly promoted PPV, with a Sting and Triple H face-off being one of the key builds. Clearly, Sting's drawing power wasn't what WWE hoped it would be in this instance. The main event was Roman Reigns versus Daniel Bryan, which was actually one of the best matches of the year. However, as a draw, neither man counted for anything here. Even with the question of which one of them would go on to main event 'Mania, the numbers tell us that it just didn't resonate.
