13 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Dynamite (Mar 18)

7. "A Street Fight... But In An Actual Street"

"A street fight, but in an actual street... or a parking lot." God bless you, Trent. You're a gem.

Best Friends and Lucha Brothers will meet for said parking lot brawl next week. Last night, they engaged in a mighty fan tag match, continuing the build to the seeing inevitable trios match with PAC and Orange Cassidy by knocking the stuffing out of the each after Cody's in-ring promo. It wasn't as wild and chaotic as one might expect from these participants but they didn't work soft, particularly in the striking department, though 'Freshly Squeezed' still nodded off in the announce booth a couple of times.

Cassidy came into play late on, as Pentagon and Fenix tried to hit their Fear Factor/stomp combination to Chuck Taylor on the ramp. OC strolled down, distracted the Lucha Brothers, then dived off the stage, providing the bout's most eye-catching moment. It wasn't enough, though. Pentagon ended Trent's child-bearing days with a low-blow while the official had his back turned, the finish followed, and Lucha Brothers roll on.

Things should really heat up next week, though this was another successful chapter in a feud rekindled by PAC vs. Cassidy at Revolution. 'The Bastard' himself was nowhere to be found last night, though this is to be expected: AEW has told talent to stay at home if they aren't comfortable travelling at the moment.
