13 Ups & 1 Down From Impact Wrestling (Jun 2)

11. Hogan And Steelz Prevail

Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz made their official debut as a tag team this week after their run-in with Kylie Rae and Susie, defeating the pairing in a standard tag match to open the show. As was somewhat expected, the duo work exceptionally well together, combining their hard-hitting arsenals to combat the overbearing kindness of the opposing side.

It wasn't the most amazing match of all time, with Susie continuing to act as if she wasn't a wrestler then running the ropes two seconds later. That aside, 'The Hottest Flame' and 'The Latina Badass' were able to craft their singles acts into one cohesive unit of striking experts. Even though they were both on the receiving end of strong strikes from both Susie and 'Smiley Kylie' (who 'Kylied' up upon retrieving her bow), Hogan and Steelz still managed to shine through as the superior tandem.

The finish came off the back of an impressive handstand headscissors and swinging neckbreaker variation, which shows not only the power of the new pairing, but also their sheer agility. As a whole, the match didn't make for anything too memorable, but Kiera and Tasha clearly left an impression in their doubles debut.
