9. Will Tough Enough Josh Get Chopped Down To Size?
This past week, WWE Tough Enough male winner Josh Bredl landed in hot water with a since-deleted tweet that mocked the Social Outcasts, calling them #SocialJobbers. Bredl, who wrestles as Bronson Matthews on the NXT house show circuit, faced immediate backlash from main roster wrestlers such as Stardust, Kevin Owens and the members of Social Outcasts. And now, theres a rumor circulating that Matthews might find himself rewarded with a spot in the Royal Rumble on Sunday. If this happens, it would harken back to the 2005 Rumble, when Tough Enough winner Daniel Puder entered at #3 and immediately was chopped into oblivion by Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit and then Hardcore Holly. Puder had been labeled cocky and needed to be taken down a peg, so the three vets Holly in particular made sure to do just that, working snugly. If Bredl lands a spot in the Rumble, expect whoever is in the ring at the time to really lay it in on him. He might end up rethinking his career choice when its all said and done.
