Hall's partner in crime was Kevin Nash, and when Big Sexy got wind of how much money his buddy was going to make, he quickly made his mind up to go to WCW as well. He liked Vince McMahon, but it came down to money. The WWF wouldn't offer Nash the $750,000 WCW were offering. Best of all, Nash was going to be getting guaranteed money. That ultimately changed the business for everyone in the industry. However, there's a great degree of controversy to Nash's attitude. He openly admits the greatest moment of his career was getting that big money contract. He has also been honest that wrestling was just a job, and his only priority was making big money. He didn't care about great matches or famous moments. Given that attitude, he's often been blamed as a part in WCW's downfall. He was a major expense, and an unproductive one at that. His wrestling became lazy and he got to the point were he even he admits it was just about collecting a pay cheque. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JM_F9XzO8Zc When he then ended up on the WCW booking team, for more money, his negative impact on WCW only worsened. He has since conceded that he wasn't going to say no if the money was right, so he just took the job even though he knew it wasn't ideal for the business. On $1.6 million when WCW went under, he then waited out the rest of his contract, before going back to WWE in 2002.
