Just like no 1980s collection of World Wrestling Federation action figures is complete without Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, so is any 90s collection incomplete without the Native American Tatanka.

Full of brightness and color, tassles and tomahawks, Tatanka looked to be an action figure come-to-life when he came to the WWF in 1992. After a few months, he finally settled into what would become his defining look which is the same attire Mattel has chosen to produce as their first ever Tatanka action figure.

With his red mohawk, fringed boots, and blue patterned attire, Tatanka is sure to stand out on the shelves of toy stores everywhere. The Native American is currently scheduled to be released alongside several other highly anticipated Elite figures on this list as part of Elite 47. While it's likely to not hit stores until 2017, pre-orders for this line is likely to come during the Fall with an expected delivery date of late 2016.

Elite 47 may prove to be one of Mattel's best series ever with Tatanka, Debut Goldust, AJ Styles and one other WWE superstar that is also a "first time in the line" action figure...
