15 Greatest Cults In Wrestling History

12. One Warrior Nation

Leader: The Ultimate Warrior

Member: The Disciple

In 1998 WCW, almost everyone on the roster was either in the nWo or an nWo pastiche. As part of his private war against Hollywood Hogan, the Warrior decided to start his own squad, the the One Warrior Nation, or oWn. Get it? Get it?!

The only problem was that there was literally one Warrior in the Nation, and the only other member was The Disciple, otherwise known as the leather daddy version of Brutus Beefcake. Yes, his wrestling persona was literally a Hogan sycophant. No one ever said Brother Bruti had range, you know?

Anyway, Warrior kidnapped The Disciple and brainwashed him to turn against Hogan by hanging him by his ankles backstage and (presumably) screaming at him about destrucity. The oWn just kind of dissolved when Warrior left WCW after only three matches, upsetting no one.
