Practically every wrestling fan has watched Mick Foley's legendary bumps from King Of The Ring 1998 at least a handful of times. They've been replayed over and over by WWE, and rightly so. Foley's falls from and through Hell In A Cell proved so dangerous that even entire documentaries have been framed around them. That's when you know bumps were worth it.

Of course, they weren't the only painful falls Mick took throughout his career. Folks remember his WCW splats, KOTR '98 and a special stunt at No Way Out 2000, but the spotlight is never shone on the 24 August '98 edition of Raw. That night, Mankind worked Kane inside the cell structure.

Midway through, The Undertaker appeared and hauled his old rival off the side of the cell when Mick was around halfway up. No, it wasn’t as big a fall as the ones he’d sustained at King Of The Ring in June, but it was still hair-raising stuff. Bizarrely, the match went to a no contest when referee Earl Hebner called for a bell due to all of the interference.

So, a poor ending, but there was nothing shoddy about Foley's body of work. Completionists out there should seek this fall out ASAP.
