11. The Original Stooges (Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco)
Long before J&J Security were coming out on a weekly basis, doing the Authoritys dirty work and acting like total cannon fodder, Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco were doing Vinces dirty work, attacking his enemies, and being subject to constant humiliation. Like their modern counterparts, Patterson and Brisco were willing to go through such humiliating segments as their hardcore evening gown match at King of the Ring 2000, being fed to WWEs main roster on a regular basis, and generally doing whatever Vince wanted, as on-screen characters and as backstage agents. Patterson has been with WWE since 1979, and has been an integral part of the WWE since. So much so that he had his own appreciation night on the May 4th episode of RAW after the show went off the air. Considering just how much he has contributed to WWE, including the booking of the Royal Rumble match, refereeing the main event of the first-ever WrestleMania, and multiple creative contributions. Brisco also took part in many bizarre moments, including his mockery of Hulk Hogan when the Hulkster was working for WCW, and his involvement in the WWE Hardcore division. Even if these mightve been embarrassing for him and for all of those involved in those segments, Brisco still swallowed his pride and went ahead with those humiliating segments. Theres a reason both of these guys (though Patterson more so than Brisco) are Hall of Famers and respected so deeply in WWE; theyre definite company guys whove demonstrated willingness to do whatever is necessary to make WWE successful.
