15 Things We Learned From Sheamus On Talk Is Jericho

7. Friendship With William Regal & Triple H

Sheamus states that early in his career with WWE he hooked up with Scott Armstrong and William Regal as traveling buddies and he basked in the wealth of knowledge the men would share with him on their trips. Jericho talks about how helpful it is for younger guys and it's an opportunity a lot of the younger generation doesn't get. He credits Regal for helping him a lot and seeing his passion, and says that relationship got him a good in with Triple H, which he admits earned him heat with the boys for becoming Hunter's workout partner and his colleagues viewed him as a kiss*ss. He counters that it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and he wasn't going to pass up the chance to learn from these guys. He says that the two hit it off right away and the guys in the locker room didn't take too kindly to it, but that his whole outlook was to seek out the guys who could actually help him improve and advance, and Triple H was obviously one of those people. He said his main goal was to avoid the mistakes that other guys had made.
