15 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (July 29)

1. A Skippable Moment Of Bliss

As talented as the host is, there aren't many WWE segments with a lower hit ratio than A Moment of Bliss, and last night's episode (centered around the Natalya vs. Becky Lynch saga) fell on the wrong side of the mediocrity line.

Alexa and Nikki Cross said little or note in their introduction. They soon cut to the chase and played a clip of Nattie and Fit Finlay demonstrating Disarmhers to students in an empty arena, prompting 'The Man' to ran down, boot Fit, then go after her SummerSlam opponent (a supplement Up for Becky calling Finlay a "traitor" here). From there, it was Bliss chastising the fans for condoning such shenanigans, and Becky appearing on the screen to talk a little smack, reminding everyone that she was set to face Alexa later.

Becky's assault in the pre-prepared clip felt a tad beyond the pale. She didn't come off well at all, though this was somewhat righted with her decent promo. On top of this, her feud with Natalya didn't feel any hotter after A Moment of Bliss, cementing this as a Down.

Again, minor. This wasn't awful; just ineffective.
