Lio Rush deserves a medal for his work carrying himself and Bobby Lashley on his back.

The loudmouth cruiserweight was already making a name for himself on 205 Live when he showed up on Raw this fall to precipitate a heel turn from Lashley, who was flailing about as a directionless babyface. Rush immediately made Lashley hated by turning the volume up to 11, serving as his hype man and talking on the house mic throughout his matches.

And while he’s been guiding Lashley to becoming at least modestly interesting, Rush also has maintained a profile on 205 Live, regularly winning matches there.
