16 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (May 7)
4. Buddy Murphy Made His Debut During An Unaired Segment
For some reason, WWE decided to let ex-205 Live standout Buddy Murphy debut on SmackDown in an unaired segment.
Following Ali's match with Andrade, Murphy came out onto the stage and said he knew Ali wouldn't win the Money In The Bank match in a few weeks. Then, Buddy said he was the "Best Kept Secret" who would make everyone learn his name. The whole skit only lasted a minute or so, and it could easily have been slotted into the program.
