Foley hinted at it, then production made it happen. Raw's third hour has a different aesthetic to the rest of the show; the garish white has been replaced by a sinister-looking black, and it's pretty bad ass. In fact, the darkened atmosphere (they've dimmed the lights over the crowd even more than usual and removed colour from match graphics) is stylish.

It harks back to the old War Zone change WWE used to employ for Raw Is War during the Attitude Era.
