19 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (July 16)

19. Happy To Air The Boos

Roman Reigns
WWE

During the opening recap of some hot crowd moments, WWE showed Roman Reigns telling the world "This is my yard now" after beating The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33. Usually, the company softens the scathing reaction to make Roman look more popular.

They don't need to do that anymore.

If anything, the resultant boos were louder than they were on the 3 April 2017 Raw. The current heel persona Reigns is playing means WWE don't have to pretend that he's some mega-popular superhero that's cherished by everyone.

18. Some Amazing Bayley Banter

WWE Fan Sign Bayley

Check out this sneaky sign.

It was almost hidden behind some other placards, but you should just be able to make it out above. If not, then it says, "Get Well Soon Bayley. You Little Idiot!". Of course, Bayley was struck down with a nasty ACL tear last week and will miss around nine months of action.

Some WWE fans feel sorry for her. Then, there's that guy!

17. This New Overlay

Roman Reigns Graphic
WWE

This Roman Reigns animated overlay seems to be new. If you've ever wanted to see a PS3-era Roman shouting "Oooooh-aaaaah" above the entrance way, then this is the graphic for you. Seriously, WWE did have something similar a while back, but this appears to be an updated version.

Little touches like this add so much to the show.
