19 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (July 16)

10. Bianca Slammed ‘Mella On Her Hair

Keep a beady eye on Bianca's hair in the above .GIF to see her body slamming Carmella right on top of it. She got her braid trapped underneath the heel, which meant Belair had to whip it out and move onto the next spot afterwards.

It must be a total pain in the ass to work with that sometimes.

9. Need New T-Shirts

Attention, WWE: Alpha Academy sorely needs a new t-shirt, and soon.

Otis and Chad Gable are still rocking their first design, and it's already outdated; Otis is depicted with a full beard and long hair on the shirt. He's since shaved off the facial fuzz and went for a little trim, so the cartoon character on their merch barely looks like him.

Somebody sort this out. The lads deserve better.

8. The Alphas Didn’t Reach The Ring

Repeat: ALPHA ACADEMY DESERVES BETTER.

WWE may have been running short on time during SmackDown's second hour. That'd explain why Otis and Chad Gable weren't even allowed to reach the ring before Cesaro's music played. The team were pretty much left to look like jobbers here.

They didn't get the full entrance treatment. This and the rushed nature of the main event Fatal-4-Way later might suggest that WWE got their timings wrong on this week's show, or maybe tried to cram too much into the two-hour format.
