2 Ups & 7 Downs From WWE SmackDown (July 15)

1. A Genuinely Fresh Scenario

Theory vs. Madcap Moss has never been done before.

It's rare to see a completely new match in WWE circles, so pairing these dudes up on SmackDown was very-much appreciated. Both guys worked well together too, and they produced a spirited brawl before the inevitable disqualification finish.

Nobody should be p*ssed about Theory blasting Madcap with his MITB briefcase though. That ending protected 'Mr. Money In The Bank' and kept Moss relatively strong. If nothing else, it showed that WWE views both men equally, and that's really rather promising for Madcap.

This was the best match on the show by quite some way. Nothing else came close to topping Madcap's intensity or Theory's Miz-like cowardice when the heat is on. Do not be surprised if this is a World Title scrap in a few years.
