When: WrestleMania X-8

Being totally honest, The Undertaker and Ric Flair did work a run of brief house shows matches in 1992 before the 'Nature Boy' bolted back to his WCW comfort blanket in early-1993. Do those count? They do, but this combo is included anyway 'cause fans had to wait another decade for them to do anything meaningful in front of the cameras.

'Taker vs. Flair didn't happen on TV/PPV until WrestleMania X-8.

It could be considered a "dream match". Fans were right up for it after seeing a reinvigorated Flair do his thing vs. Vince McMahon at the 2002 Royal Rumble, that's for sure. Ric proved he still had gas in the tank vs. another active legend at 'Mania, and he was off to the races again.
