20 Greatest Losing Performances At WrestleMania

6. €œMacho King€ Randy Savage vs. The Ultimate Warrior €“ WrestleMania 7

In another Retirement Match, Randy Savage put his career on the line against the red hot Ultimate Warrior. Having screwed Warrior out of his WWF Championship a few months earlier at the 1991 Royal Rumble, Savage was primed for a butt-whooping. In terms of power, Savage was overmatched. When it came to wits, Mach€™ had the advantage. With a little help from Queen Sherri, Savage was able to gain control over Warrior, eventually hitting his patented flying elbow drop FIVE TIMES. Warrior still came out on top, but it is Savage€™s performance that is mostly remembered from this epic encounter, as is his post-match reunion with Miss Elizabeth.
