The Rock had the gift of gab like nobody else in WWE history, so WWE had no problem putting him in the ring to deliver 20 minute promos because they knew he could entertain the fans. This is an image of Rock from September 1999 when he was in the ring with Mankind (Mick Foley) and Yurple the Clown for a "This Is Your Life" segment. It was the highest rated segment in the history of Raw. Foley was one of Rock's best opponents and his best partner during his career. Nobody will forget "The Rock N Sock Connection" that's for sure.
