That said, The Rock and John Cena spent 2011 involved in one of the most bitter, line-blurring feuds of all time, and so having to team together in the world's most famous arena turned out to be one for the ages.
For months, bitter potshots were being taken between the two superstars. After The Rock cost John Cena the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 27, the stage was set for a year-long build to the main event of the following year's 'Mania.
