12. Ric Flair Returns To Declare He's "Partners" With Vince McMahon - Raw (November 19th, 2001)
The night of November 19, 2001 was an important episode of Raw because it was the night after Survivor Series when WWE finally beat The Alliance to end that storyline. Vince McMahon was in the ring doing a promo where he was presenting Kurt Angle with the WWE Title when a familiar song started up in the arena in Charlotte. Yeah that's right, Charlotte. Woo! Flair Country. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jK94KEoFcjU After an eight year long absence, Ric Flair was back in WWE in the city where he was most popular. It was one of the loudest ovations of his career as he entered the ring to confront McMahon. Vince couldn't even talk right away because of the cheers and the "Woo" yells from the crowd. The first time Flair let out a "woo" the arena erupted in cheered. People absolutely loved him. Flair got an even bigger ovation when he told McMahon that he had purchased the stock of Shane & Stephanie McMahon and he went into his classic promos as he told Vince they were partners.
