Last week on Raw, Dolph Ziggler performed a Fameasser onto Kevin Owens outside of the ring on the floor. This time, Ziggler upped the ante a little and performed a Fameasser onto Owens while he was hanging from the apron. Just like last week, Dolph defeated Kevin again this week. Will this lead to some sort of retribution for Owens at Fast Lane?
