20 Most Overdue WWE Hall Of Fame Inductions
17. Sid Vicious
Putting aside Sid's questionable in-ring contributions and uniformly terrible promo work, the big guy achieved a lot in the business. He won two WWF Championships and headlined two WrestleManias, as well as two WCW Championships and a Starrcade. More than that, Sid was often crazy over with the fans, who never seemed to care that their hero was basically a sweaty mannequin in a perm wig. Plus, he may be twice the man that you are, but he does have half the brain that you do.
Why He's Not In: Sid definitely deserves to be in, despite his memetic badness. But who's to say he's even into the idea? He never seemed 100% committed to the wrestling business, including famously turning down big-money contracts to go play softball. Maybe they keep trying to induct him, but every time the ceremony is on the same day as some big softball game.
