20 New Network Shows WWE Is Considering

12. Talking SummerSlam

A post-pay-per-view (PPV) talk show.

This one seems like a no-brainer, and if it isn't in the cards for every single PPV event, it should at the very least be on the slate for the big shows such as SummerSlam, WrestleMania, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, Money In The Bank, and TLC.

The pre-show panels are always fun, and in the early days of the Network WWE experimented with a a concept similar to this that featured the performers taking questions from "reporters" in a weird mix of reality and kayfabe.

The key to making someone like this work is to determine which route to go in that regard. Is it going to be treated as a sport with serious analysis of the action we just witnessed or will it be out of character interviews along the lines of The Stone Cold Podcast?

Personally I'd prefer the latter, with it being much more interesting to get the talent's take on their matches and the response from the crowd, how the show played out, etc. I don't expect WWE to go that route and instead anticipate a kayfabe show, but regardless this is something they should have already been doing.
