20 Things You Probably Missed From WWE Raw (July 12)

14. Shouldn’t This Have Hurt Doudrop?

Alexa Bliss Doudrop

The bump in question looked like it did more damage to Doudrop than Bliss. Eva Marie's second put Bliss on her shoulders and charged full pelt at the safety barrier. Instead of stopping short to throw Alexa over, the Scot kept ploughing straight ahead and ran chest-first into the barricade.

Shouldn't that have hurt her? WWE fans have been conditioned to think that those barriers (despite the obvious padding on top) are pretty solid. Being rammed into one, or even running into it, should be painful. Not here, apparently.

13. Naomi’s Cool Spot

Naomi had a smile on her face for the aforementioned Fatal-4-Way, and that was great to see. The babyface also hit one of the best moves of the night by laying Nikki and Asuka next to one another before doing the splits over their prone bodies.

That looked cool as f*ck.

Both women sold the blow well, and Naomi got a near fall out of it. This is definitely something she needs to keep on doing when in there with multiple opponents. Few could pull that off and make it look so impactful.

12. Not Exactly Thrilled

Uh oh. Problems ahoy.

Nikki Cross is predictably putting her all into this Nikki A.S.H gimmick, but live crowds probably won't dig it. A female fan behind the wannabe superhero on one of those ThunderDome screens certainly didn't - she looked bored as all hell after seeing Nikki roll up Asuka for the win.

It won't have pleased WWE to see someone so clearly-disinterested opposite the hard cam on one of those panels. There's no time to make adjustments though, because the ThunderDome is now officially a goner for now.
