20 Wrestlers Who Stole A Living From WWE

5. The Boogeyman

WWE normally doesn€™t like liars, yet one was hired to become arguably the most confusing and stupid gimmick of the 21st century...at least, before Adam Rose came along. WWE hired Marty Wright in 2004, and he debuted in 2006, at the tender age of 42. As the Boogeyman, Wright€™s sole purpose was to scare/disturb his enemies with disgusting displays, such as eating live worms, smashing a clock on his own forehead, and eating Jillian Hall€™s facial blemish. As an in-ring competitor, Boogeyman was extremely limited in what he could do. Most of his moves were based on a few slams and clotheslines. He had an even more limited move-set than €˜Mr. Five Moves of Doom€™ John Cena himself, and had to rely on his creep gimmick to make up for his lack of wrestling ability. Many people will look at the Boogeyman character with shame and disgust; he demonstrated just how crazy the creative department in WWE has been and can be, and apparently, how little wrestling ability one needs in order to get regular TV time. After all, who actually wants to watch a grown man eat worms, and then let the remains fall out of his mouth and onto another person€™s face?
