13. Singing With The Rock On Raw In 2001

What could be stranger than Stone Cold singing alone? Stone Cold singing with The Rock, of course. Now, Rock was soon to prove his talents as an actor in 2002 when he starred in the Scorpion King, the film that would launch his blockbuster movie career. Before that though, in 2001, he showed that he had some pretty good pipes when he broke out into song during an episode of Raw. As we know, Austin had already been embarrassing himself by trying to sing, and that's just how this segment started, when he attempted to do a rendition of a Boston song. Rock decided to do one better and performed some Kenny Rogers. The two then decided to a sing a duet, butchering "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffett. Supposedly, the whole segment was to ease tensions between the two, but when they started changing lyrics to target each other, the eardrum-breaking moment ended in a fight.
