21 WWE Stars Who Have Wrestled The Most Smackdown Matches

14. Dolph Ziggler - 153 Matches

Dolph Ziggler is the typical Smackdown wrestler, talented in the ring but not quite a big enough star to main event Raw. As a result, he's often found himself in Smackdown matches over the years. He's a great wrestler, so he's a natural for the show. He was first drafted to SD in 2009, in what was his first proper singles career push. His growing status on Friday night's culminated in a World Title win on the show in February 2011. However, it was a complicated storyline, in which Edge had lost the title to Ziggler after using the banned spear. Vickie Guerrero had awarded Ziggler the belt, only for Teddy Long to give Edge a rematch straight away. Edge won and Ziggler's reign had been less than twelve minutes. Although increasingly a part of Raw in the last few years, he remains a main star on Smackdown and will continue to rise even further in this list.
