Fans remember the Rock and Sock connection, but how about Kane and Mankind as a tag team? They actually held the tag titles on two occasions, and looked fantastic in their masks and unique outfits. Given the ability of both men as workers, they also had some genuinely good matches and then later feuded off the back of their break up. It was Kane eventually turning on Mankind, thus setting the big red machine off in a new direction. But this period was also notable for the reduced push of Kane. He'd clearly lost a lot of the momentum that he'd had when debuting less than a year earlier, and many fans started to think that he'd just been brought in as a jobber for The Undertaker. Which at the time, was probably true.
