22 Mind-Blowing WCW Wrestler Salaries You Won't Believe

8. Lex Luger, $1,380,139 In 2000

It seems like a lifetime ago, but Lex Luger was actually a good in-ring worker in the late eighties and early nineties. He then ruined his body with too much muscle mass, which made him an immobile and poor worker in the mid to late nineties. By the year 2000, he was terrible. Still, WCW paid him the huge sum of $1,380,139 in their final year of business. It is wastage like that which explains why they went down. Luger wasn't even worth $500,000. He may have been mixing it up with some of the top names, but he was clearly well past it.
