What have your favourite WWE stars been getting up to on Instagram this week?
Though WWE still spent a great deal of this week building towards both the upcoming TLC PPV and tonight's NXT TakeOver: WarGames event, the company still found enough time to give one of the most important people in the organisation's history the fitting send-off he deserved.
We're talking of course about WWE's various tributes to the late Pat Patterson who tragically passed away earlier this week. Emotional video packages, traditional ten bell salutes and a sea of social media tributes from stars of the past and present, hammered home exactly what the first ever Intercontinental Champion meant to both the people who knew him and wrestling as a whole.
Elsewhere, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Universal Champion Roman Reigns found out who they'd be facing in their TLC title defences at the aforementioned stipulation PPV. AJ Styles, accompanied by the mighty Omos, will be locking horns with the Scotsman - if McIntyre can keep The Miz away from his shiny gold baby - whilst a recently pulverised Kevin Owens may now regret demanding a shot at 'The Tribal Chief's belt.
Tonight, though, the main roster takes a back seat as we brace ourselves for two WarGames battles for the ages. Can Team Shotzi get the better of Candice LeRae's villainous squad? Will the Undisputed Era even be a thing by the time TakeOver is in the books?
