8. I Have To Address This
I know I said I wouldn't be touching the cross promotion that has been taking place between RAW and SmackDown because the adverts for the opposite brand's events appearing on the other's shows has happened so much that it isn't a WTF Moment anymore; but things have been taken to the next level.
The commentary team were endlessly referencing things that took place at Backlash on Sunday. They were congratulating all of the winners and commiserating all of the losers.
This shouldn't be happening when the brands, in kayfabe terms at least, are competing with one another.
Why did Vince have to do that promo ahead of the draft? I'm left asking myself this on a daily basis while doing these articles.
Right, that's the last time you'll see me talking about this. I'm over it. It was still strange to see the RAW commentary team openly referencing SmackDown after the Blue Brand's JBL said at Backlash that he isn't supposed to talk about RAW...
